Are we able to use any of the javascript as documented here yet? I took a quick stab at the Carosel (for images) and quickly gave up. it seemed like it tried to work, but I was having a bad Wikidot day and gave up.

Before I dive back in and start to play with some of that I'd like to know if I'll be wasting my time. I suspect I'll need to have patience until some of these items are made available to us via layout markup.
